Together, we'll shift your energy with gratitude & breath. 

Gratitude has the power to transform our lives- when we focus on what we’re grateful for, we create space for even more blessings to flow in.

We’ll begin by sharing what we’re each grateful for in an open-hearted circle, allowing you to be seen and supported. Then, you’ll set a personal intention before dropping into a guided breathwork session to open your heart and invite in even more abundance into your life.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, uplifted, and deeply aligned with all the beauty in your life. 

Please bring a yoga mat and a cozy blanket. 

Tickets are $25, or $40 for both sessions in March and can be purchased here.

What is breathwork? Breathwork is a form of active meditation. It is a holistic practice that includes intentional breathing techniques. Through breathwork, you can release stored emotions, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Breathwork is more than just a practice - it’s a pathway to clarity, healing, and deep inner peace.
